Firma Alfavox Spółka z o.o. realizuje projekt współfinansowany ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach projektu grantowego „Sieć Otwartych Innowacji” realizowanego w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014-2020, I komponent Działania 2.2 Otwarte innowacje – wspieranie transferu technologii.

Tytuł projektu: 

Zakup licencji na technologię rozpoznawania i syntezy mowy polskiej w celu podniesienia konkurencyjności oprogramowania automatyzującego obsługę klienta w kanale telefonicznym na bazie Alfavox Aalia.

Celem projektu jest wzrost zastosowania innowacji w Alfavox poprzez zakup licencji na Technologię i wdrożenie znacząco ulepszonego produktu AI-AALIA.

Efektem realizacji projektu będzie zwiększenie zastosowania innowacji w Alfavox oraz znacząca zmiana i unowocześnienie w sposób całościowy funkcjonującego do tej pory produktu firmy. Alfavox, dzięki realizacji projektu zdywersyfikuje oferowane produkty poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek znacznie ulepszonego oprogramowania AI-AALIA, który pozwoli Klientom na zupełnie nowy standard obsługi klienta.

Alfavox Spółka z o.o. is carrying out a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the Voivodeship of Silesia for 2014–2020, Priority axis 3 Competitiveness of SMEs, Measure 3.2 Innovations in SMEs. Project title: Increasing the competitiveness of the company through the introduction of an innovative product named Virtual Consulting Room to the company’s offering. The aim of the project is to purchase a license and implement the Virtual Consulting Room that enables offering medical consultations to patients via video communication without the need to install additional components. At the outcome of the project, Alfavox’s offering will include an innovative product offered to customers as SaaS (software as a service).

On 18 June 2014, Alfavox Sp. z o.o. signed a co-financing agreement with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and received an EU grant under Measure 8.2 "Support for the implementation of electronic business of the B2B type". Priority axis 8 "Information society – increase of innovativeness of economy". EU-supported project: Alfavox Support Platform to support the maintenance services provided by "Alfavox" Sp. z o.o. to economic operators using the company's proprietary IT systems".
