In collaboration with the Polish Ministry of Finance, Alfavox has deployed an ICT system, the Multichannel Communication Centre (MCC), which services clients of the National Revenue Administration (NRA) on remote channels.
The primary benefit for NRA clients is easier and faster access to tax information. At present, they can obtain general tax and customs information via telephone and chat channels operated by National Tax Information, among others. In the near future, the system will also take on the handling of clients’ e-mail enquiries.
The voicebot launched on the telephone channel is a new feature for clients. It provides support in automatically redirecting their calls to specialist staff members who will answer their queries.
The system was designed and implemented for the Ministry of Finance by Polish IT company Alfavox. Michał Góra, the president of the company’s management board, sums up the project by saying:
It gives us tremendous satisfaction to support the tax administration authorities in a major undertaking like this. We’ve delivered a state-of-the-art solution which operates on the basis of artificial intelligence. It will make it easier for taxpayers to communicate with the tax authorities and enable the administration to streamline its services.
