The latest issue of “Gazeta Finansowa” (The Financial Gazette) includes a business report focused on call centre leaders. We are pleased to announce that the survey identifies ALFAVOX as one of them! This distinction confirms the high standards of our work and our continuing drive to improve our work with our clients.

The Call Centre Leaders report was primarily compiled in the light of new working methods necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic. At ALFAVOX, we believe that every organisation should constantly be making efforts to improve its processes for increasing its staff’s qualifications and reactions to its clients’ expectations. This is particularly important at present, when most businesses are battling with the problems created by the pandemic.
It is also why we place a major emphasis on further enhancing the functions involved in communicating with clients and improving work efficiency and efficacy. The upshot of our efforts is this latest distinction!
