Alfavox, ICT industry leader on the Polish market, specialising in consulting and sales of Customer Engagement and Employee Engagement solutions (including Omnichannel Contact Center, Video Chat, Workforce Management and Biometric Video Identification) has announced changes in the company's organisational structure. The new Management Team is composed of Mr. Michał Góra and Mr. Piotr Wójcik. The company has also refreshed its visual identity, presenting a new logo and a new website.
This June 21, Mr. Michał Góra was appointed Board President of Alfavox. He replaced Mr. Janusz Tomiczek, who resigned from the company after 10 years of service. Mr. Michał Góra has been working in the industry for 20 years and is an Alfavox’s shareholder for 5 years. Previously, as Alfavox Board Member, he was responsible for the strategic development of the company, in particular for building alliances on foreign markets. He has many years of experience in global projects on 4 continents, including DACh countries, USA, India, Argentina and Mexico. Upon taking up the position of Alfavox Board President, Mr. Góra will also be responsible for strategic business alliances in Poland. As for Mr. Piotr Wójcik, he has been working in the industry for 20 years. As a shareholder of Alfavox, he has been responsible for the company’s technical department for 4 years, managing key projects in Poland and abroad. He has many years of experience in implementing projects in Europe, the Americas and Asia, among others.
In connection with the planned growth strategy of Alfavox for the coming years, focused on the development of cooperation with key customers in Poland and on the development of business on foreign markets, the new Management Team decided to carry out activities aimed at refreshing the brand’s image. The new visual identity is a response to the dynamic growth of the company and its natural development on international markets. It is to emphasise the global character of Customer Experience solutions offered by the company for contact center systems. The changes to the visual identification system include a new logo, the creation of a new Book of Marks and a new website that now features a completely different colour scheme. The simplification of the company’s logo has made it clearer and more modern. The signet uses the letter "A" taken from the name of the brand in which "alpha" means "first" and "vox" is Latin for "voice". Such simplification is of particular importance for a company that operates on the international market and communicates with a sign that works well in various cultures and places all over the world.
